Who Are We?
With years of experience repairing thousands of foundations we realized drainage was the leading cause of the foundation issues. Water is very intrusive and if the proper lines of defense are not in place extensive damage can occur. With the knowledge of foundations along with proper drainage technologies we found we could provide customers with the necessary tools to preserve their property for the long haul. We aren't plumbers or landscapers. Providing our clients with a one stop shop along with our sister company Professional Foundation Repair was one of our leading reasons for starting the company. We have a team of highly skilled drainage technicians with over 20 years of experience. We are property preservationists that specialize in adequate drainage in order to collect & divert water away from the property of our clients.

With years of experience as Project Manager for foundation repair projects, Shanese realized drainage was the leading cause of the foundation issues. She found customers had no idea they even had a drainage issue until she educated them on the cause of their current problems. Water is very intrusive and if the proper lines of defense are not in place extensive damage can occur. With the knowledge of foundations along with proper drainage technologies she found can provide clients with the necessary tools to preserve their property for the long haul.
